Despite it being a fairly large dealership, Lundgren--Auburn has a relaxed yet very professional atmosphere. Moreover, we could not have asked for a better Sales Rep than Jarid Leo. By the time we arrived, (it was a two hour drive!), he had everything completed and ready for our all-important test drive. This included: results from the used vehicle's safety inspection, any needed maintenance work, all the necessary paper work, not to mention in the first place arranging to have the car driven from one of Lundgren's other branches! From first contact and throughout the process he was straightforward, knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful in making the car, which on paper checked all the boxes for us, a reality! Kudos to Jarid and the whole staff for making our long-distance car-buying adventure well worth the trip!
